Salsa |
Ingredients: · 1 can of diced tomatoes ·
1/4 onion, diced · 1/8-1 t spicy Japanese or cayenne pepper (as spicy as you like it) · 1 t lemon or lime juice · ½ t vinegar · 2 t diced fresh cilantro (optional) · salt, to taste · 1t – 1 T diced jalapeno (optional, if you have it) |

the above ingredients. 2.
Store in
the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. |
