Oktoberest German Cooking Lesson (and beer!)
Are you interested in cooking and other cultures? Oktoberfest is just around the corner, so I thought it would be nice to have a German food and beer lesson during this time. My mother’s family is German and she taught me some recipes this summer.
I would like to invite you to make German dishes with me on Monday, October 14th at my home in Ayase, Adachi-ku. (I will send the address and map to participating individuals later.)
異文化と料理に興味がありますか？ オクトーバーフェストがもうすぐです。そうして、 ドイツ料理とビールのレッスンが相応しいと思います 。この夏にドイツ系の私の母がレシピを教えてくれたので、それをシェアしたいと思います。
一緒に料理を作るために、足立区綾瀬の私の家に10月14日（月）に皆さんを招待します。（参加者に住所と地図を後で送ります。）
メニュー(menu)：
前菜：プレッツェル、ブラートヴルスト、マスタード、ザウアークラウト
メイン：ウィンナー・シュニッツェル
サイド：ポテトと玉ねぎ、赤キャベツとりんご、いんげん
デザート：ドイツのチョコレートケーキ （ココナッツのフロスティング）
飲み物：コーヒー、お茶、ミントのお水、ドイツのビール！
日時 (date and time)：10月14日（月） 11:00~15:00
料金 (fee)：4000円/1人。料理にかかる費用を含みます。
場所(location)：キャラの家、東京都足立区綾瀬７丁目（参加者に住所と地図を後で送ります。）

目 的(Purpose)：英語でクッキングクラスを受ける事は、趣味を楽しみ、新しいレシピと料理やアメリカのおもてなしを習い、英語のスキルも上達させる のに最適です。キャラは料理の腕前に関わらずどの英語のレベルの方にも『英語でクッキング』を提供しますのでお気軽に。
